Rates for Above Tribune Bay

The Cottage is available all year.

By the week, check-in is Sunday at 4 pm .
Check-out is Sunday at 11 am .

The rate is $1700 /week in July and August
During the rest of the year the rate is $1000/week
or
$150 per night
with a two night minimum

The house is fully furnished, and has all you need; 
towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, even a washer and dryer.

Half of rental fee due at time of booking with the balance due June 15th.

In case of cancellation we will refund 90%
of the fee if we are able to re-book the week.
