The house is available for weekly rentals from June 28 to August 30

The rate is $1200/week.

Weeks run from Saturday at 4 PM to Saturday 11 AM.

WHAT WE SUPPLY

Duvets with covers, pillows

all kitchenware: dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.

Stove, Fridge, BBQ, DVD

If required: sheets & towels ($50 per week extra).

Sheets (top and bottom)

Pillow slips

Towels for bath and beach

No camping is allowed on the lot.
 
  We have a limit of 6 people.

No smoking on the property.

Water considerations:  summer water shortage on the island,
 so please conserve.

Pets with approval.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Half of payment on confirmation by cheque or direct deposit,
balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay;
security deposit required.
