Rates for Baird's Cottage

The rate is $700/week in June, July and August and September.
or
$650/week if you provide your own sheets, towels, kitchen linens.
Bedding such as pillows and comforters are provided.

Weeks run from 4 PM Saturday to Saturday 10 AM.

We want your stay to be relaxing, comfortable, and worry free!
Escape from the every day and enjoy all the Island has to offer.

The cottage is fully furnished and has TV, cable, propane barbecue
and a fully equipped kitchen.

Half of rental fee due at time of booking with the balance due June 15th.

In case of cancellation we will refund 90%
of the fee if we are able to re-book the week.
