In the peak summer months (June 25-September 3) we rent
Sunday 4 pm to Sunday 11 am for $1150.

In the off-season, we rent by the weekend $250 or by the week for $800.

We ask for a deposit of 50% when making the reservation
and the balance owing 3 weeks before your arrival*.

The deposit (or total submitted) is refundable
(minus a $70 admin. fee)
if we can rebook your time period.
