We have
some nice places to camp on our island. During the summer they
are very busy so making arrangements prior to your arrival is
recommended.
BRADSDADSLAND
A Beautiful family oriented campground atop Hornby's sunset
facing bluffs. Please call 250-335-0757 for more information and
reservations.
FORD'S
COVE MARINA
Camping the way it should be...a smaller campground at the
end of the road so no traffic sounds. Walk only 2 or 3 minutes
and you can be at the entrance to the Mt. Geoffrey Provincial
Park (mountain bike trails, hiking trails), government wharf (kayak
rentals, fishing for kids), and moonscape style sandstone beaches
(endless tidal pools and swimming possibilities). At the head
of the government wharf there is a general store open 8am to 10pm
everyday in the summer.
HORNBY
ISLAND RESORT
Open for camping, close to the ferry landing, the pub and
the Wheelhouse Restaurant.
TRIBUNE
BAY CAMPSITE
Tribune Bay Campsite is the largest campground on Hornby Island,
situated adjacent to the beautiful white-sand beach at Tribune
Bay Provincial Park. We offer 120 drive-in sites, each one unique,
19 having electrical hook-up, all with fire pits and picnic tables.
