Summer rental is by the week only @ $950 per week.

• This rental is based on a maximum of six adults and/or youths thirteen and older. Eight can be accommodated if several of the party are younger children. (adding tents or inviting additional guests is strictly forbidden as the water supply simply cannot sustain that many people)
  
• No smoking in the house; no pets please.

  Half the rental fee is due at the time of booking with the balance due six weeks prior to your stay

Off-season rates:

Off-season begins after the Labour Day, 2009, long weekend and runs until June , 2010,

Off-season rentals have a two night minimum.
Rates are $95 per night for up to four people plus $10 more per night for each additional guest.

The full rental fee is due at the time of booking for off-season rentals.
