The house is available for weekly rentals in June and July.

The rate is $1300. per week.

Weeks run from Saturday at 4 PM to Saturday 11:00AM.

Sorry no more weeks available for the summer of 2008.

  We have a limit of 6 people.

Water considerations:  summer water shortage on the island,
 so please conserve.

WHAT WE SUPPLY

Duvets with covers, pillows, mattress pads,
all kitchenware: dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.
TV/DVD/VCR (no cable), radio and BBQ

Sheets (top and bottom)

Pillow slips

Towels for bath and beach

Beach things

No smoking on the property (extreme fire hazards in the summer).

Well behaved pets permitted upon approval from owner.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

A deposit of half the rent is required to book your stay with balance due
6 weeks prior to your arrival.
