Here are our rates and the weeks we have available.

The rate is $1400 /week .
(5% discount for multiple weeks)

Weeks run from Sunday 4:00PM or later to Sunday 10:00AM or earlier.

Half of rental fee is due at the time of your booking,
with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your booking.

There is a 10% non refundable cancellation fee.

A $50.00 refundable damage deposit is required.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The house has a BBQ, bathroom (shower/bath), CD/DVD/VHS player and cable TV.

Pillows and comforters are provided.

You will need to bring your own linen, towels, bed sheets and pillowslips.

Because of the high sulfur and mineral content of the well water, you will have to supply your own drinking water, the house is equipped with a water cooler.

NO PETS

No smoking in the house please.
