The Spray Point beach house is now taking bookings for Summer 2009
The weeks are from Sunday at 4PM to Sunday at 10AM.

The summer 2008 weekly rate is $2,950, for 2009, $3,000.
2009 dates to be released Sept. 15th, 2008 or email for more info.

We have the following 2008 weeks available:

July 13 to July 27 (Recent Cancellation)

September 15 to September 22 @ $2000/week
September 22 to September 30 @ $2000/week

Check Out and Walk Through: Sunday before 10:00 AM

Sleeps: 8 maximum
Pets: No
Tents, Campers: No

Payment schedule;

1. 50% @ Booking
2. March 1st, $400.00 security/damage, extra refuse deposit
3. May 1st. final rent payment due
4. $500 cancellation fee to be deducted from first installment.

We sit on 18 acres of private land that splits the bay in two. You will have a bird's eye view of famous Big Tribune Beach, a private path to the sandstone point with views of Lasquiti and Vancouver Island. Walking distance to 2 beaches, the Coop
and Ringside Market.
