COTTAGE

There is a gentle sloping grass walkway to the beach. 

The deck has sun all day. 

The inside of the cottage has a living room, dining room,  bathroom with bathtub, washer and dryer, and a bedroom with queen size bed.

  We have the kitchen very well stocked, but the dishwasher prefers tanning on the beach in the summer.

There is a coffee maker, bread maker, food processor, mixer, microwave, and electric griddle for the cook.

We have a well with water that we filter with a Brita filter and drink. 
You may prefer to buy water. 

We have two kayaks that are available for use with added arrangements.

Upstairs is a loft with a king size bed, and a partially separated room with two twin beds. 

There is a sink upstairs.

The beds all have down comforters. 

The lot is half an acre with a travel trailer suitable for one or two kids, a pump house, and two stall horse shelter.

If you are interested in bringing horses, please contact me for further information.  

Pets are ok with prior arrangements.
