Woodwind Farm Cottage is an ideal family retreat on Hornby Island, British Columbia.

A large, covered porch faces south and is perfect for parking bikes, barbecuing, or just relaxing. Smoking is only permitted outside.

The two-story self-contained cottage has a large divided bedroom with a queen-size bed and single bed upstairs.

The immaculate kitchen, living-room and three-piece bathroom (toilet, shower, and sink) are downstairs.The cottage is completely furnished, including dishes, cookware, fresh linens and towels.

A sofa-bed in the living-room provides an extra bed or a spot for afternoon naps.

Woodwind Farm and Nursery is a five-minute drive from the ferry, bank machine and pub, and only three minutes from the bakery, café and pizza.

Live on a working farm and Nursery and experience a bit of Hornby's dissappearing farming/self sustaining lifestyle.

All other island amenities, including the grocery store, gas-station, library and beach, are also within easy biking or driving distance.

Weeks run from 3 PM Saturday to 11 AM the following Saturday.

The rate is $650 per week in July and $700 per week in August.
