So our summer weekly rental is from

at 11 a.m.

Other than summer, YEAR ROUND AVAILABILITY:
Minimum stay 2 nights @ $595., save with weekly rates:
September 12, 2009 to June 2010.
Please inquire: the rate is $1400. - $2000/week
depending on numbers of guests and dates wanted.
A 50%
deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the balance* one month prior to arrival.
*For all summer of 2010 rentals, the
balance is due by June 1, 2010.
We accept personal cheques. (or Visa by special
arrangement)
NOTE:
If there is availability, booking of under a week may be available on a “standby”
basis.
