The cottage is private and next door to Mt Geoffrey park with its hiking and biking trails.
It is fully self-contained with a large deck with seaview, picnic table, barbecue, two channel TV, VCR, and a washer and dryer.
It has excellent water and a septic field.
The living/dining room, with electric fireplace, looks through to the kitchen.
The sleeping accommodations include a double bed in the larger bedroom and two single beds in the smaller bedroom.
RATES
The rate per week during July and August is $600/week
$500/week all other times.
