THE HAPPENING ON

tastefully furnished and very private 720 square foot waterfront cabin on the
southwest corner of Hornby Island, nestled among Douglas Fir with rare Garry Oak
and Arbutus nearby. The magnificent view overlooks Lambert Channel and the Chrome
Island lighthouse toward Vancouver Island to the southwest and toward the beautiful
peaks of Strathcona Park to the northwest. There is a private beach access to
a interesting and unique sandstone beach (great for swimming!)

| The Happening is at the
far end of a ten acre property. Renters are asked to drive slowly by the main
cabin and always close the gate behind them as there are young children and animals
about. |

The cabin features one bedroom with a queen sized bed
and a large, bright open plan room which acts as kitchen, dining and living room,
and which also has a queen sized sofa bed. The Happening has a child safe (always
with adult supervision) deck overlooking the water. The Happening was renovated
and refurnished in 2006. |

| The Happening is supplied
with a roomy refrigerator/freezer, a propane cooktop with three burners (manually
lit with safety matches), a toaster oven, a microwave oven, an electric kettle,
and high quality kitchenware. Please note that there is no oven, no dishwasher
and no washer/dryer for laundry. |
bedroom | The
Happening has a comfortable capacity for four persons. Due to space and resource
constraints, any level of overnight occupancy greater than four in the building
and/or on the adjacent grounds is strictly subject to the agreement of the Owner.

room | Enjoy the ever changing
view from the dining room or the deck. |
Smoking is permitted only
on the deck of the cabin, and use of Owner supplied ashtrays is required. Due
to the high risk of fire, smoking is not permitted anywhere else on the property.
Pets are not permitted in the Happening at any time due to allergies. Renters
are not to bring pets, even if intending to keep them outside.
