Rates for The Happening

The Cottage is available from the June 27 to December 31.

The weekly rate is $1370 plus taxes ($180)

Weeks run from Friday 4PM to Friday 11AM

We have the following weeks available for the summer of 2008:

June 27th - July 4th booked
July 4th - July 11th booked
July 11th - July 18th
July 18th - July 25th booked
July 25th - Aug. 1st booked
Aug.1st - Aug. 8th: booked
Aug.8th - Aug. 15th: booked
Aug. 15th - Aug. 22nd booked
Aug. 22nd - Aug. 29th booked
Aug. 29th - Sept. 5th
Sept. 5th - Oct. 3rd booked

The Happening Cottage is available until December 31.

50% of rent is due on reservation ( $725) the remainder to be paid by June 1st. Cancellations made before June 1st will be refunded $600- of their deposit.
After June 1st no refund will be made.

Important Note:
Water must be carefully conserved on Hornby Island, especially during the summer season. Water is supplied to "The Happening" from an artesian well and is pumped from the main house. Water must be used conscientiously and sparingly.
