The perfect setting to unwind, Grassy Point Guest House is available for self-catering accommodation by the week in July and August, and for shorter stays in the off-season.

This custom-designed home is sited to take advantage of both sunrises and sunsets. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms and expansive decks, Grassy Point Guest House accommodates 8 persons maximum.

Appeal Magazine says the owners have “created a gem on the softly sloping rocks and grasses overlooking the cruise ship channel.”

Grassy Point Guest House, including living room, dining room, four bedrooms (one King, two Queens, and one loft Queen) – each with a private glass door opening onto oceanfront deck, three bathrooms, full kitchen, cable television, CD music system, all furnishings, linen and kitchenware, large decks front and back. Cost is $3,600 per week (Friday to Friday) for a maximum of eight guests.

1. Weekend and Weekday Getaway – We specialize in off-season adult getaways, offering 2 lovely rooms with Queen beds, and private baths. Both with ocean-front views. Kitchenette, lounge and separate entrance.

Enjoy bridge weekends, biking, beachcombing, bird and wildlife viewing, and stormwatching, or simply participate in the Grassy Point Winter Triathlon (walking, reading, sleeping).

2. The entire Guest House can also be rented by the week in the off-season for $2,800 by special arrangement. Suitable for senior sojourns, girlfriends’ getaway or bridge club marathons. Memories are made at Grassy Point.
