A Tidal Treasure is a designer-built, gorgeous high-end home, with beautifully landscaped grounds and direct access to a private beach within steps of legendary Grassy Point Park.

A large cedar deck offers multiple possibilities for sun tanning, enjoying your meals, sitting back with a book or a glass of wine, or hosting your guests.

The house is ideally suited for a large family or for a group of friends. All the rooms are eclectic and tastefully decorated with oriental carpets and original art and crafts from around the world.

All the rooms have direct and independent access to the outside and unencumbered views of the water.

The bedrooms are spacious, the beds new and very comfortable and covered in fine linens. Each bedroom has its own private bathtub and shower.

French doors open directly from the elegant living room onto the spacious cedar deck with outdoor eating area, chaises longues, tables and chairs, additional built-in cedar seating, and Weber gas BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, a dishwasher, toaster, blender, electric coffee maker, a Cuisinart, and a full range of cooking utensils. We also provide a complete set of cooking pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, serving platters, and more.

Gather your family and friends around the table (seats up to 12 people) for a memorable meal, prepared to your satisfaction in our well-equipped kitchen.

Parlour games, a stereo with iPod dock, and TV, DVD and VHS players with a wide selection of movies to watch are provided for everyone’s enjoyment and fun.

Wireless Internet service is available free of charge for our guests.

We provide all the bedding, pillows and towels that you need, including bath and beach towels. The house is fully furnished and equipped with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.
