An Artist’s Retreat

Located on a sunny 10 acre property just uphill from Little Tribune Bay and the Co-op corner, this newly renovated, 3 bedroom house is surrounded by mature trees and meadows. With lots of surrounding space and endless room to explore, “peace and quiet” is assured! Your only neighbor is the artist’s studio next door. The house can comfortably accommodate 5 guests, and there is lots of room for pitching a tent- the perfect spot for families with kids – or a quiet week away! Features

A full and well equipped kitchen including electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery, gas BBQ, picnic table and outdoor furniture. Drinking water is provided.

Accommodation

Double bed in master bedroom, double bed in second bedroom and single bed in third bedroom. There is a family bathroom. Bed linens are provided but bring your own towels.

Area Attractions

Little Tribune Bay, Hornby Co-op, Hiking and biking trails.

Additional Comments

Smoking outside only please.

Price Description

$1,300 per week, July/Aug only.

Check in Friday at 3:00 pm or later, check out Friday at 10:00 am or earlier. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is due the first of June.

Cancelation Policy – One month or more notice – full refund less 10%. Less than one month notice – full refund less 10% if and when the house is rebooked. If we are unable to rebook the house the full deposit will be retained.
