This craftsman built cottage is especially clean, well appointed and located on private and sunny 1/2 acre lot 100 meters from Grassy Point.

The cottage has an abundance of windows, a cathedral ceiling and lots of rich wood finishing.

The cottage sleeps six very comfortably. There are two bedrooms : double bed in one, the other has two singles and a large open loft bedroom (two beds accessed by a spiral staircase).

There is a full bathroom, well appointed kitchen, a comfortable living room

Area Attractions

Just steps to Grassy Point, the ocean, and fabulous sunsets.

Additional Comments

You only need to bring your own sheets and towels.

Price Description

$1,150 per week from June 25 to September 3.
$800 per week the rest of the year.

In the off-season, we rent by the weekend $250 or by the week for $800.

Weeks run from Sunday 4pm to Sunday 11am.

We ask for a deposit of 50% when making the reservation and the balance owing 3 weeks before your arrival. The deposit (or total submitted) is refundable (minus a $70 admin. fee) if we can rebook your time period.
