The 2000+ square feet is spread over two stories. The main floor has spacious living areas, a full bathroom, (complete with a claw foot bathtub) and two bedrooms. The upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a cozy family room. The house is totally private.
A large deck crosses the front of the house, overlooking the garden and seasonal pond. Help yourself to the plums, apples, blueberries, fresh herbs, huckleberries, blackberries or filbert nuts if you’re here at harvest time. Sit in comfortable custom made adirondack chairs and listen to the birds sing. If you like outdoor cooking, a propane B.B.Q. is provided. The front yard is fenced, there’s an make-shift badminton court, full horseshoe pitch, and seasonal fire pit.
The Haven is located adjacent to the school playing field, which is next to the Community Hall and Farmer’s Market. Easy foot access to Tribune Bay and Grassy Point beaches, the Coop store, and the Mount Geoffrey Regional Nature Park trail system. Great hiking and mountain biking.
