The bedroom structure provides a quiet retreat away from the main structure. Two bedrooms overlooking inner courtyard. Full en-suite off of each bedroom.

The main structure is an open space plan that is bathed in natural light. Vaulted ceilings with custom built skylight constructed over the ridge of the main structure. Modern designer kitchen with polished concrete counter tops, gas stove and cooking/dining accouterments. Polished concrete floors with radiant heating. The main bathroom has all amenities, including an outdoor shower. There is a living & dining area, which includes a wrap around deck. The deck has four access points.

We have a roof water collection system & septic on a 1/2 acre of property. As well, we have a treehouse which is he perfect retreat for children & is suitable for summer sleeping accommodations.

Our home is only a 5 minute walk to Sandpiper Beach.
